KONGKOW is an editorial newspaper zine exploring the cultural identity dilemmas of Chinese-Indonesians reconnecting with fading cultural roots. In Chinese-Betawi culture, the phrase "kongkow" refers to an act of gathering and chatting about the past. Through intergenerational stories, interviews, and artworks, it aims to spark conversations around history, traditions, language, and visibility.
